“I usually only review good places on google. But this place is making me write my 1st bad review. I have been coming here for the past 7 years to do my taxes after my ex coworker told me about Igor & how good he was to do taxes. Me & my Husband during the years we notice we kept owing the IRS & seem like balance wouldnt go down. I decided to tell igor to help us track our balance. He suggested i download the Appt IRS2Go. Once we downloaded it showed we havnt done taxes for 3 years. So i ask igor, if he did send them. He Said Yes. I wasnt convience so i decided to call IRS Department. They told me they didnt received those 3 years. So i went back to igor. He sent them registered mail. After that i got mail from IRS went back with him to help solve the next step. & this is wen i got really upset. He wouldnt answer the phone. I would go, it was closed. I would leave Voicemessages no call backs. "Turn out he was out of town. " So finally i got a hold of him. He said make an appt to the IRS department but do the appt once im back from a mini vacation.. i did just wat he requested. The day of the IRS appt i arrive downtown & call him because i dnt see him. & his receptionist answer & said hes busy hes not going. I told her Whatt!!!!!! He said he was coming yesturday when i spoke on the phone. (How unprofessional, he confirmed a day before & didnt show up, & didnt have the audicy to call and say he couldnt come or could of told his receptionist to call me.) I told the receptionist mad, i did what igor told me for him not to show up or explain to me before what to show the irs. I need him to fix the mess. She said sorry he didnt call you. & i hung up. I went to the appointment. & my Taxes are a mess. Turns out theres FRAUD & Identity Theft!!! DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE. They are to busy, to see you, talk to you, and to even answer the phone. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR, ES DE LO PEOR. VE A OTRO LUGAR DONDE SI AGAN TIEMPO PARA TUS TAXES, YA KE LES ESTAS PAGANDO. Y NO ES GRATIS EL SERVICIO. MUY MAL SERVICIO. No contestan cuando ablas, dejas mensaje, vas y no esta abierto en horas de trabajo, y nunca te regresan la llamada.”

“We have been calling for weeks! We gave you all our tax info and it was never filed. Now we are late and no one is returning our calls. We have been calling daily for weeks! Last time we actually spoke to someone they told us Igor was in Mexico. But our taxes would be filed. What is going on? Not only that but the past years you filed for us have caused the IRS to come back and say we owe a few thousand! The Vasquez Family”

“*It’s 2023 already and still haven’t gotten my tax return!* Horrible place to do taxes at. If I could I would give them a 0!! My dad has been doing his taxes with him for years and never had an issue. So I decided to do mine with him as well. It was a Big Mistake! I've never had issues with my taxes. Now this year I still haven't received my refund and it's almost August. IRS is saying they have no record of my filing. Just like the other reviewer I was told the same story which is that "someone" had filed taxes with my identity before I filed so IRS said there was duplicate returns.”
